Bonnie's Bangin' Chili

3 lbs. 80/20 or 75/35 ground meat

3 cans diced tomatoes [not stewed]

3 cans tomato soup

3 cans spicy kidney beans

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced green peppers

3 cans water

Frank's hot sauce

chili powder

salt and pepper


Brown meat, drain. In a big pot toss in the ground meat, tomatoes, soup, beans, onions, green peppers and water. Stir. Sprinkle liberally with the salt, pepper and chili powder.

Add 3 drops of hot sauce (or more if you want it extra spicy). Cook uncovered on low, let bubble for one hour.

Top with cheese, sour cream or chives.
